NORSID CASE: Notorious Repeated Systemic Institutionalized Damages.

OPERATION DEMOCRATIZATION: SYSTEMIC unequal citizen/member-state rights/unions, manipulation of election rules, manipulation of number of representatives, reduction of turnout, fraudulent campaign, fraudulent vote counting, systemic constitution violating democracies, non-independent judiciary, non-independent election organization, supposedly (un)constitutional monarchies/theocracies, non-constitutional absolute monarchies/theocracies; civilian/military dictatorships; one party dictatorships.

Global Order to Stop/Repair Damage served to national/international judicial systems to be locally and internationally enforced, directly and immediately or by opening a local/international judicial process to be concluded in no longer than one year.

EUROPEAN UNION

The European Union must enforce to its members human rights, democracy, republic federations with equality of member states and citizens. Monarchies shall be separated not only from government but also from state, becoming private self-financed organizations. All vassal regions, territories, including those supposedly autonomous must become equal to other member states in an equal and proportional federation system.

Even if a member state claims that the majority of its citizens supports a monarchy, that support must be expressed and acted upon it as a private organization. There is no right to a majority to impose inequality to a minority. Suzerain/vassal/colonial member states or citizens cannot enforce the inequality by dictatorship, by minority or majority government, referendum or plebiscite. Equality can be enforced by the will of a minority as small as 1 that does not accept inequality and seeks judicial support.

A member state that does not comply with a republic democratic federation system by imposition of a minority or majority government must be excluded from the European Union and can be replaced by a minority government federated REPUBLIC that does not tax or legislate, but respects human rights, is funded voluntarily and pays dividends to its citizens.

Monarchies associated with competitive governments that do not tax or legislate over citizens (funded by sale of products and services and direct justice from proof of damage, premeditation and danger to obtain restitution, fine and home-arrest) can continue as long as that association is benign and alternative competitive governments are or can be available.

European Union does not enforce human rights, democracy and equality union of member states, with members having vassal/colonial monarchies with pseudo-autonomous/equal second class vassal/colonial regions/territories/citizens.

All citizens must be equal and a FEDERATION equal union system must be enforced, specially for monarchies as SPAIN, DENMARK, NORWAY, SWEDEN, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, ANDORRA, LIECHTENSTEIN, MONACO, that must separate the monarchy/religion not only form government but also state. Monarchies are PRIVATE social-cultural organizations that can self-finance their activities with voluntary willing participants.

Monarchies vassal/colonial members are willing to maintain tradition or not willing enough to sever it.
