Non-lethal armed forces must be part of the judicial branch, used by judicial authorization only when there is a threat to national security, understood as attack force capable of seizing control over national territory/citizens.

Operation Justation: Against judicial process fraud, damaging penalties by non-independent national judicial agents, including police, investigators, defenders, prosecutors and judges.

Includes excluding/manipulating/editing evidence/witnesses, selling/buying release/imprison acquit/condemn judgments using pseudo-independent lawyers for example hiring judicial agent relatives.

Threatening witnesses/informant/judicial agents with freedom of expression violation defamation/slander honor/ moral damages, bribed plea bargains/threats etc.

Judiciary has an unnecessary high cost for society in the form of high wages, high administrative staff, long judicial processes and low efficiently in terms of restitution of damages or crimes solved.

Jusistem system is more efficient with open certification of judicial agents, paid by assignment as independent judicial agents investigation, defense, prosecution and judgment.

Judicial Administrative Take Over of national judicial systems to reduce cost, increase performance and avoid/reduce fraud/corruption.

Judicial branch must be independent and leadership judges at highest court must be elected by citizens and not by executive/legislative branches, which would eliminate its independence.

Elected/appointed position cannot be for lifetime because it violates principle of equality and sovereignty of citizens. Federal/State/Municipal, local/national/international judicial agents must be independent/self-financed.

Open certification of judicial agents, self-financed by judicial insurance is a more efficient system in terms of cost and performance instead of traditional high cost low performance public employee system.

Activist conservative judges appointed by right wing politicians in Supreme court violate constitution, international human rights with omission/delegation to states of the protection of fundamental rights.

Allowing death penalty, inefficient prohibitions on factual personal rights, inefficient punishment of abortion, use of drugs, prostitution, suicide attempt instead of policies to efficiently reduce voluntarily these events to zero.

Judicial agents/national Armed Forces use lethal weapons, when there are non-lethal weapons available. Armed forces under command of executive branch used without threat to national security or of democratic allied nation.

National judiciaries are independent and have internal investigation, prosecution, defense, judgment system that can be perfected and receive international cooperation.
